an opening keynote for a two get together of all global R&D
team members, which was one of the final steps in their annual strategic
planning process. He then led a workshop that examined emerging

company finds itself.
Caterpillar: Partnership strategies and avoiding commoditzation:
Jim addressed their global dealers meeting, specifically

They engaged Jim to provide a concise, detailed overview of the
key retail and packaging trends impacting the consumer products
industry, and what they must do to establish an innovative, forward
oriented culture.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC): The future
of media. They had Jim in for two keynotes focused on the
future of broadcasting and media.
Microsoft brought Jim Carroll in to host a series
